Direct admission to IISER after 80.6% from PSEB board?
Can I get direct admission to iiser I have got 80.6% (OBC category) from pseb board, from a govt. Sen. Sec. School, Punjab?

In order to get admission in IISER directly without clearing entrance examination falling in OBC category, you need to score really well in your examination, i.e. above 90% in aggregate. But, in your case I am sorry to say that you will have to appear for entrance examinations in order to get admission in the Institute.

I am sorry to say that you cannot get admission in IISER after having scored 80.6% in your boards from PSEB board as the level of competition is quite high and so direct admission in not a chance, you need to appear for an entrance examination even belonging to an OBC category.
