Hello friends, my son is studying in 6th standard from ICSE Board in Puri. Due to lack of education in Puri I want to transfer him in Chennai and join him in any Boarding School. But I have heard that many Boarding schools doesn’t provide proper infrastructure. Is it true?

If you have any doubt related to infrastructure, then you can visit the school campus before making any final decision. If you are not satisfied after review of the school infrastructure, then don't go ahead.
