Kindly inform me about the cost of form of
NTSE. I want to apply for NTSE so before
applying I want to know the cost of form and
also I want to know that I have to apply online?

NCERT NTSE ( National Talent Search Examination ) is conducted for students studying in class X. On the basis of NTSE 1000 scholarships will be awarded.

No, you don't have to apply online. Applying procedure is given below.

Amount of Scholarship :

For XI and XII : Rs. 1250/- per months
For undergraduates and post graduates : Rs. 2000/- per month

How to apply :

For procuring application form you may contact State / UT liaison officer.
To download NTSE 2015 examination form click here.

After completing the form, candidate have to signed it by the principle of the school.
Then application form have to be submit to Liaison officer of your state. State wise contact of Liaison is given on http://www.ncert.nic.in

Application Fee :

State and U.T. may notify fee required for Stage I.
You can find out about fee and mode of payment from your state's Liaison Officer.
NCERT doesn't charge any fee for Stage II.

You can apply for NTSE exam only through offline. To apply for NTSE exam, candidates should download the application from NTSE official website.

Then you should fill up that application form with all your details and you should send that application form to the following address.

NTSE that is National talent Search Examination is held across India to find the hidden talent in the India in the Field of Maths and Science. So, you need to pay Rs 450/- to apply for the NTSE. Either you can apply online or offline, depends on your convenience to apply. For online application you have to log on to the NTSE Homepage and select Apply for 2015 exam and you are done after fulfilling all the conditions.
