I want to admit my 3 and1/2 year old son in nursery in the best CBSE school in durgapur in the coming session. Please give the details of the admission procedure and school name. My preference is DAV.

Eligibility for Nursery admission in Durgapur in CBSE:-

As per the guidelines of the central board of secondary education (CBSE), the age limit of the student should be between 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months to get admission to Nursery standard.

You must have the following documents for admission.

1) Date of birth certificate (photocopy)

2) Residence proof. (Driving licenses/Passport/Bank copy/Rent Deed (for last-six months/ any other.)

3) Passport-size photos of the child (Three).

4) SC/ ST/ OBC/ BPL Certificate, if applicable.

5) Print out of the application form along with the payment slip.

You have to submit the above documents to the respective schools and follow the next procedure to get admission to the Nursery standard.

According to the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) regulations, a student must be between the ages of 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months to qualify for admission to the Nursery standard.

The following is the list of documents needed for admission to the Nursery standard.

1. Print a copy of the application form and the payment slip.
2. Address evidence.
3. Certificate of Birth.
4. The certificate for SC, ST, OBC, or BPL, if applicable.

To get admitted to the Nursery standard, the candidate must submit the aforementioned documents to the appropriate institutions and then follow the next step.

Age of a child must be 2 yrs 6 MONTHS for PRE Nursery as on 01.04. 2022. Age of a child must be 3 yrs 6 MONTHS for Nursery as on 01.04. 2022.
