How to apply in central academy school in Jaipur?

I need to get admission in school for my brother.

Central academy school, Jaipur conducts admission test from class I onwards and offers admission by considering the performance of the candidates in admission test. After completing the admission test, Central academy school announces the list of short-listed candidates, who are eligible for admission. Then those candidates should submit following documents.
->In Original Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
->Proof of residential address
->Transfer certificate
->photocopy of the report card from the previous school, if the candidate have attended any school.

Admission Procedure in Central Academy School in Jaipur:

Eligibility as per Classes:

1. Pre-nursery Minimum age is +2.
2. Nursery Minimum age is +3.
3. UKG Minimum age is +4.
4. Std I Minimum age is +5.
5. From Classes II onward on the basis of Previous Class.

* During academic year admission may be granted on the availability of seats.

* Admission Test will be held from Class 1st onward.

* Pre-Board Result of Class X for class XI.
