You don't have to worry as when forms will come out, you will be intimated as all schools are allowed to participate in it.

Basically it is the school's responsibility where you are studying to distribute the forms among talented students willing to participate in Olympiad.

However, there are some schools who do not show interest towards Olympiads competition.

In that case, if any school is not showing interest then the major reason must be that the school is not registered with Olympiads, which is organised and headed in India by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.
