I am a Headmaster in WEST BENGAL Govt. School. How can I statr NSS and NCC in my school?

Students can join the NSS scheme by registering themselves through the concerned program officer. However, they must be genuine universities, colleges or schools.

>> NSS is a voluntary scheme and students can enroll themselves from 11th standard onwards.

You can't compare both of these ,NCC and NSS both are different, NSS is only a social service organization, whereas NCC is much wider ,it gives you basic military training ,and knowledge ,including social service ,many awareness initiatives are taken by NCC, and many more things ,and most important if you are an NCC cadet ,you will get much more preferences than being a part of NSS.
