Re: How much percentage is required in ICSE 10th board for CA course?
Just make sure that you have got above 50% marks in class 10th to become eligible for CA CPT. You can get yourself registered for CPT after 10th and then appear for exam after passing class 12th.
Hence, be prepared for CPT because admission in next stage will be after qualifying this stage. Therefore, get decent marks in schooling and be prepared for exam. |

Re: How much percentage is required in ICSE 10th board for CA course?
CA stands for Chartered Accountancy. There are three levels of this course which is given as below:
>>Common Proficiency Test conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India twice every year in June and December. >>Integrated Professional Competence Course. >>Final course. CPT is the first stage of this course. You can register for this test after 10th board exams but you can appear for this exam only after 10+2. You just need to have passing percentage of marks in 10th board to register for this exam. In 10+2 board, you can select commerce stream as it will help you a lot in clearing this test in first attempt as majority of questions are from subjects like Economics, Mercantile law and Fundamentals of Accountancy. |

There is no minimum percentage for 10th class to apply for CA.
Candidate must have secured more than 55% marks in 12th class from any recognised board in order to apply for CA course. For more details please visit : http://www.icai.org/ |

Re: How much percentage is required in ICSE 10th board for CA course?
There is nothing to do with the percentage in 10TH to join CA course. To join CA course candidate have to qualify in CPT and then in IPCC to get admission.
So, you need to pursue 12th degree and then appear and qualify in these examination to get admission. CPT and IPCC are conducted twice every year. Candidate's of any stream are eligible to appear for CPT examination. |

Re: How much percentage is required in ICSE 10th board for CA course?
To be eligible for the CA course in future, just make sure that you have scored more than 50% of marks in class 10th. But after the completion of class 12th only, you can give entrance examination for CA course.
So, first complete your class 12th then only you can apply for the same. |
