I need to how to prepare for ntse and also tell me that how to score more marks in NTSE X?

NTSE exam basically judges your theoritical as well aptitude knowledge .
So, to score well , you have to improve your skills in both.

As for the theory part, questions are generally asked from NCERTs only , however questions are not straight forward , they are tricky and you have to think...

For the aptitude , questions are related to maths , reasoning , general knowledge , pictorial diagrams. There are many standard books available in the market for this.
In this paper , you have to solve questions not just correctly , but in minimum time.

Many IITJEE coaching institutes are now a days preparing for NTSE exam also. You can enroll in them or take the study material for self practice.
