Respected Sir, I am studying in 12th standard with Science stream. After completing my 12th, I want to apply for jobs in Government Sector anywhere in West Bengal. So, can you please let me know about the opportunities available for me in Government Sector? Please let me know immediately.

There are very less job opportunities for those students who want to apply just after 12th because you have to qualify the exam to get goverment job.
But yes there are some government jobs you can appear on the basis of 12th such as:

SSC CHSL

Bank Clerical

RRB exam

However, if you will complete your graduation then you will have number of goverment exams such as:

IBPS CLERK

IBPS PO

SSC CGL

ETC.
