Is my daughter eligible for admission in 3rd standard?
Hello, my daughter she is studying matriculation school 2std.. All cbse school told that age differ,. Her dob is 15.6.2012. pls tell me age,. I want to send him 3rd std to cbse school..

The appropriate age for class 3 in CBSE is 7+ years.
It's a general pattern that is followed by most schools. Thus according to the D.O.B of your child he/she is 9 years according to which he/she must be class 4. |

The age of the candidate should be 7 to 8 years old. The candidate should not exceed the age limit. To get a CBSE age relaxation of 30 days, parents of the child have to drop a manual application along with the birth certificate. CBSE has introduced a new rule for the age limit. According to this new rule, relaxation of 30 days is provided to the child in the lower age limit as well as upper age limit.

The age of the student should be between 7+ years to 8+ years to get eligible for admission in the 3rd standard under CBSE Schools.
If you satisfy the above eligibility criteria, then you are eligible. |

Eligibility:
1. In 2022, The Department of Education in Karnataka increased the age for entry into class 1 to six years from five years and five months. 2. So, according to that, the suggested age for admission in class 3 is eight years, followed by the Education department of Karnataka. |
