i want to get admission in mbbs but i passed out my 10 2 in commerce stream. i heard that if i again do 12th with PCB subjects from NIOS i'm eligible for NEET, but is it necessary to do 11th for the same or only 12th result will enough to get admission.

To get a MBBS seat the candidate must have to study 11th and 12th from science stream with physics chemistry and Biology as their main subject and musk or at least 50% activity get in the following subjects
You will have to study both your 11th and 12th standard but must also once check the eligibility and the minimum age criteria for MBBS is 17 years
You will also have to score 50% aggregate in your 12th standard from the NIOS board

It is necessary to do 11th for the same then only you can do 12th class. You need to submit class 10th and 12th certificates and mark sheets to get admission through NEET. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
