Is it possible to get admission in IGCSE Board for GSEB students?

Hello Sir, my son is studying in 10th standard from GSEB Board. After completing his 10th, can he get admission in IGCSE Board? Is it possible? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Candidate must have Migration Certificate .

Candidate must have completed 10th minimum 75% marks to switch Board.
