Is there any difficulty in securing an MBBS admission for an Assam Board student?
Hi Sir, I am preparing for the Board exam of 12th standard with Assam Board. I am a Science student and I want to do an MBBS course. I have heard that Assam Board students face difficulties while getting admission for an MBBS course. Is it true?

There is no difficulty in securing an MBBS admission for an Assam Board student.
If you take admission in Assam state you will get home state reservation. After completing intermediate it doesn't matter from which board you have completed your intermediate. |

°°° Absolutely No, you won't face any difficulty in securing admission in MBBS course being an Assam board student.
°°° You need to perform excellently in the medical entrance exam to get admission in MBBS degree. If you have got excellent rank then surely you will be able to get admission in the college of your choice. °°° Assam board is a valid board and recognised by government of India. |

No , board is not the problem. Mbbs requires skills, knowledge and expertise and if you can scire good rank in the entrance exams like NEET you can easily get addmission in college of your choice, what matters is your hard work and focus.

Assam board is a valid board and recognized by every Indian as well as foreign Institute. You have to appear in NEET examination that is conducted overall India. This exam can be given after passing 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Institute. |

NTA conducts NEET every year for admission in MBBS and other medical courses.
The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing 12th with PCB as main paper with minimum 50% aggregate. The minimum age limit is 17 years. Candidates after qualifying in the examination are eligible for admission in the MBBS course. |

Candidates pursuing or passed 12th from a recognised board with PCB minimum 50% are eligible to appear for NTA NEET.
So, you can prepare for the examination and after qualifying in examination are eligible for admission in MBBS course. Better preparation and proper strategy is mandatory to qualify in the examination. For syllabus and other details about the examination visit at official website of NTA. |
