I have been trying since April 2020 to apply for TC. No proper response from the school office as it is shut down due to corona. Now, New school asking for TC as it is too late to submit. Where to complain if the previous school is not even responding to the mail

You can meet the school Principal in person and request for the TC to be given, if still, they did not give you then ask the school to give in writing why they are not giving TC certificate. You can write a letter to the administrative authorities of the school if still no response from their side then you can take legal help. You can send them a legal notice asking for the Transfer Certificate duly issued in favor of your child.

You can visit the school and request them for it. If still they are not providing you the required documents than you can file a complain regarding the same to the concerned DEO ( District Education Officer ).

°°° Firstly, you need to visit the school office personally with your parents and talk to them and if they do not respond then talk to the principal of your school and if still the school doesn't give you transfer certificate then talk or write a letter to the administrative authorities of the school.
If still no response from their side then you can take legal help and you should send them a legal notice asking for the transfer certificate dual issued in favour of a child.

If school office is not responding to issue TC-
