What are the legal aspects which we need to obtain to start higher secondary school in Gujarat? Can someone please let me know the information for the same to me soon as possible? I just wanted to started a school and need to understand it.

First of all you need to get approval from various government organization like municipal corporation or gram panchayat for the school. Other than this, you need approval from education board for affiliation.

Once you have all the approvals, you need infrastructure to start your school. You need to get your school registered in the concerned authority before start.
