What should I do after 12th Humanities to make career in Human Rights?


Dear Sir, I am a 12th student of an ISC Board. I am studying Humanities and want to build my career in Human Rights. I would like to know after my 12th, what I have to do for making my career in Human Rights?

You can join Certificate course in human rights which is 6 months to 2 years certificate level program in the study of human rights. Eligibility for the programmers to qualify the 12th examination with minimum aggregate marks from a recognised board.

You can choose any of the courses:
Humanities and Social Sciences.
Sociology.
Psychology.
Mass Communication, Film and Journalism.
Business and Law.
Hotel Management and Tourism.
Fashion Designing.

A master's program in Human Rights can be pursued after the successful completion of a BA course in political science, sociology, social work, and law. A masters' degree will explore subjects like history, philosophy, culture, geography, various laws and movements, research and advocacy in depth.

Students studying sociology after 12 humanities stream ,can make a career as a social worker, socialist, human rights officer ,urban planner, public health educator, disaster development,etc etc because sociology deals with the structure, functioning,and development of human society. So you can persue your career in the above feilds.
