Respected Sir, I want to get admission in CPT so I want to know what is the date of issue for CPT form? Can I apply for CPT online? What are the requirement to apply for CPT? Please answer as soon as possible.

The candidate is eligible to apply anytime for CPT(Common Proficiency Test) when he/she pass his/her class 10, but the candidate can give the exam only when he/she have passed your class 12.
Yes, you can apply online also.
The candidate must have clear his class 10 and then he/she can register prior 2 months of the examination of CPT and no other requirements are needed.

The required eligibility criteria for CPT examination are given below.

=> Candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board.

=> There is no age limit for CPT exam

As per my knowledge, you can apply for for CPT online. The important tentative dates for CPT form are given below.

=> Application begins (both online and offline) = October 6, 2017

=> Last date of submitting applications (both online and offline) = October 27, 2017

=> Date for Admit Card = November 24, 2017

=> Date of CA CPT 2016 Examination = December 18, 2017
