Sir, I am a 9th standard student of Madhya Pradesh Board. I am worried about my education. Still there are no news of when the schools are going to be open. The lockdown is going on for more than 2 months. Please let me know when the schools will be open in Madhya Pradesh?

As per the latest cases in Madhya Pradesh of covid-19, the chances of opening of schools is not possible now however, if there will be decline in number of cases then School can be opened in the month of August or September depending upon the guidelines .

---- The schools will be opened only when the conditions will be improved.
The government do not want to take any chance with school and college students.
However, it might be possible that schools are going to open in the month of July or august depending upon the situation.

Earlier, the date for reopening of schools was decided June 16 for students and June 9 for teachers but due to the extended lockdown and loss in studies, the department decided to reopen the schools from June 7 for both teachers and students.

The department has also clearly instructed all the schools t o take online classes, but their parents unable to attend online classes, in students.

Private and government schools would remain closed until further instructions have been given, but exams in different classes would be carried out according to the timetable as per official report.*An official statement released*that all private and government schools will observe holidays on a temporary basis before the next order.
