No, you can get admission in any LAW college, if you have not cleared your 12th standard. Because, Candidates who have passed in 12th standard are only eligible for admission in LAW colleges, even if they have cleared the CLAT exam. So, first you should try to pass in your 12th standard. Then you can get admission in any LAW college, depending upon your CLAT score.

If you have completed 12th from CBSE board then you are eligible for CLAT exam.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. This exam is conducted for admission in LLB & LLM course.

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam for admission in Under graduate course.

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course.

Sorry but without passed 12th standard you can get any bachelor's degree. If you want to do LLB ( bachelor's in law) you must complete your 12th and after that you can get admission in integrated course like: B.A + LLB, B.com + LLB. Its a 5 years integrated course.
Age limit for LLB are minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years.
