Whether my son belongs to NRI quote or Management quota for admission for 11th grade residential boarding school?
We are the NRI parents from karnataka, India and our son studied in Chennai 9th and 10th. Karnataka school says he is coming under NRI quota and not management quota as he having a valid visa of UAE. Can you clarify whether he belong to NRI quota or management quota.

Non-Resident Indian (NRI) quota seats are for candidates who reside outside India or have sponsorship from NRI guardians. If one of the parents of the student is NRI and residing abroad as an NRI then it belongs to the NRI quota.
Management Quota simply means the seats reserved for candidates of management trust(owners) or authorities of institute/school who are running the school. |
