Sir, my son is studying in 8th standard from Himachal Pradesh Board. As the current pandemic situation, he and many students are staying at home. I have heard that students will get promoted to the higher classes without giving examinations for this session. Is it true?

All students from classes 1st to 8th and 9th and 11th will be promoted to next class on the basis of school based assessment, project work, term exams, periodic tests etc.
