Why there is a huge differences of fee structure among IGCSE and ICSE?

Hello,
I have a question that is, fee structure of IGCSE is almost 5 times higher than ICSE, what is the reason? First debate may be child - teacher ratio; but according to me if you compare child-teacher ratio with the difference of fee is not matching. Then why such a huge difference?

The difference in fee will be due to the kind of school they are. Most of the private schools don't have any regulation for fee structure which is mostly controlled by the management of the school.
There is nothing related to education board and it is all up to the management of the school who are running. Fee will be higher if management is greedy. Only government schools offer cheap education.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
