i have completed pgdm.with 65% in 2012,so can i eligiable for to P.hd.?

Hi, I have completed MSc Organic chemistry with 76% and I want to do higher education abroad. My professors adviced to take Ph.D but I want to pursue PG Diploma in Management so that I can settle soon and start earning. Or are there any other options or courses abroad where I can benefit from chemistry and get into corporate world. Please advice
