i m pursuing be want to become a sub inspector ,what preparation & book i have to use & refer the website ti which i get its previous or model question paper

your aim is good.
but you have some qualifications
1. you have to complete your degree
2.qualifying in entrance test conducted.
up to these you can learn from the book & guide lines of experts

the books you have refer {verbal & non verbal reasoning by R.S Agerwal &
you subjects relate to the G.K}

BUT apart from that you have to qualify some more tests like
*physical tests & medical tests
you have concentrate on those also.
