MCA stands for Master in Computer Application.

After MCA ,you can get job in different sectors like- software engineering and development, hardware and networking, research and development, services and application support,Software Developer,Systems Analyst,Software Application Architect,Software Consultant etc

Central government usually hires MCA graduates for project assistants post and in state government, an MCA graduate is being preferred for all kinds of computer related tasks, such as network expert, system admin, data entry operator, data storage and back up admin and software engineers.

what are the requirements of companies about candidates in general? what are they are expecting? i mean, good percentage or talent. why i am asking these question means the person who has secured good marks are not really talented and viz.

I have passed my Bsc IT in 2004 now in 2013 I am doing MCA from SMU distance education. Is it possible that i can get good job after completion of MCA?
