CA stands for Chartered Accountant and is highly recognized post in the business and management field. To be a successful CA you need to pursue the CA course from Indian Institute of Management ( IIM ).

Also for admission in the IIM you are required to clear the entrance examination called as Common Admission Test ( CAT ). There are 19 IIM in India.

Basically, for appearing in the CAT you are required to have a bachelor degree with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized university. Relaxation in percentage aggregate required for appearing in CAT is provided to the reserved category candidates. There is no age limit for the same examination.

Note :- the eligibility for different IIMs can differ as they have their own requirements.

The registration for CAT 2015 is going on and will lasts upto 20th September 2015 and the examination is going to be on 29th November 2015.

For more details about the syllabus, the question pattern and necessary information regarding the CAT you can log on to the link www.iimcat.ac.in.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
