Where should I do my MS after completing mechanical engineering?


Iam intrested to do ms after completing my engineering course and am a mechanical engineering student....but am a bit confused what country should i select between us and germany?
may i know the placements and job available in us and germany?
even iam ready to learn german language.
can you please guide me which country i must select for ms in mechanical engineering which can benfit me?
