Pursuing PhD along with correspondence M.Phil?
Hello sir. I have done mphil in english in 200-08 in distance mode from vmu salem. My question is can i do phd with this mphil from any other universities in tamil nadu under part-time?

Sir i have done my ug and pg English through correspondence Annamalai university now i want to pursue Phd but deemed universities are not accepting. But madras university is accepting unfortunately the guides are not free. why is the difference
