I have completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering through IGNOU and got certificate. The school of Engineering & Technology of IGNOU IS APPROVED by AICTE and the certificate issued by IGNOU is Valid or Not please clarify at the earliest possible.

Yes, All the Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates of The School of Engineering & Technology of IGNOU are valid and recognized by AIU and AICTE. So don't worry and go ahead.

I have passed diploma in ECE and I want to do Btech in Electronics.
I would like to know whether IGNOU has B.tech course in Electronics? If yes where shall I approach?
Is it recognized by AICTE?

Yes, IGNOU is AICTE approved.
Whatever the degree you collect after completion of course/program that will be approved by AICTE for sure.
