I didn't have OBC-NLC certificate.it is necessary to submit this for jee advance 2015 application?Please provide me the correct information soon. Based on the answer I need to ensure that I would get prepare myself for the same. Waiting for getting the answer soon!

Yes this is most required document in order to give them knowledge about your caste as it will work as a proof for you in order to dictate your caste.
As without providing the certificate they won't be able to get the knowledge about you background so this is very important.
