I am a technician in a private company,i have 5 year experience on that, and also i am an ITI passed student(electronics stream). What are the job scopes and offers for this?Can i get a government job?

You can get job in any of the core Electrical Company. i am giving you the list of some good company you can apply for. Here it is mentioned below their names :

have the best option to get placed in these companies.

Yes, you can get job in private sector as well as in Government sector with your ITI certificate and 5 years experience.
In Government sector you can apply in Railway , SSC, ITI college professor.
In private sector you can apply for in various company for the post supervisor in the following company ..

1). SAIL
2). L&T
3). SKF
etc.
Just you have to face interview after qualifying in interview you will get the job.
