Hi Guys

Can anybody tell what are the possible career paths available in the long term for E&TC engineering who moves into Telecom management post? Also kindly let me know if anyone is currently working as a Telecom manager.

The possible career paths are :-

- Get into telecom companies like Ericsson, BSNL, etc.and do service for few years in order to get personal growth and get promoted to the senior level when you can switch to telecom management domain of the concerned company.

- Get into MBA course wherein you should opt for Major in IT and Telecom. After completion of the MBA course you can get into the telecom management sector.
