Default Counselling Procedure

Hello Everyone,
I’m a bit confused with the procedure of the counselling.
For which counselling should I report at the center for taking allotment according to my OBC rank?
It is given in UPTU website that during the Special Counselling For SC, ST & OBC, they’ll be participating in the counselling according to their general rankings.
If I attend the counselling for All categories, then also I'll be allotted seat according to my general rank and same in the Special Counselling for reserved categories.
Rank:60000(GN) 20000(UPBC)

i got 253 rank in obc gals, 1496 in gals and 12125 gen rank. Is dre ny possibility to get gud govt college?

50000 general raking... and 8000 in girls... i wont 2 do cs eng.... cud u suggest some possible gud colleges 4 me...!!!
