Can I avail my OBC quota in NIT Durgapur? I'm from West Bengal but having OBC certificate of Uttar Pradesh


If i am from west bengal and have been living here since my childhood my parents are from uttar prasesh and am having my obc certificate of uttar pradesh then will i be considered for admission under obc quota in nit durgapur?
