CDS exam is conducted by UPSC and there isn't any percentage criteria for this exam. You just need the requirement qualification with pass marks from a recognized university.

Just make sure that your age is between 19 to 25 years. For Air Force and Navy you need graduation in maths or physics or engineering streams.

Basically there is no certain minimum percentage is required in order to be eligible for appearing in CDS (Combined Defence Services) Recruitment Examination. You just have to meet the educational qualification eligibility in order to appear in CDS Recruitment Examination. Here is the basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in CDS Examination. There are basically 4 cadets in CDS and they are Air Force Academy, Naval Academy, Indian Military Academy and Officer Training Academy.

For Naval Academy: B.Sc with Physics and Mathematics (or) Bachelor of Engineering is required.

For Air Force Academy: B.Sc with Physics and or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering is required

For Indian Military Academy and Officer Training Academy: Degree of a recognized university or its equivalent.

If you successfully meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria that is more than enough to appear in CDS Examination. There is no percentage limit and you just have to PASS the respective qualification.
