How to get promotion in 10th CBSE if failed in 9th standard?


Dear Sir,
I have lots of problems because I got failed in 9th and cannot get promoted to 10th. Please help me, I want to change schools to a CBSE, can I get to 10th CBSE or I have to repeat 9th CBSE? I want a way to study and I have lost hope. Can I join anywhere CBSE?

I am sorry to say that you will have to repeat your 9th class again and only after having cleared your 9th standard. you will be able to get admission in your 10th standard and will be eligible to opt for your board examination.
