M.A in sociology after B.A in Political science for job into development field?


Hi this is Madhulika singh,
I am right now pursuing B.A in political science. I wish to do M.A in sociology because want to get into either in development field like international organization or in management field like HR with a good position. Will doing m.a in sociology be enough or I have to get more degree for a good position?

You are doing B.A in Political Science so you are not eligible for M.A in Sociology.

Those candidates who have completed B.A in Sociology from a recognized university are eligible for M.A in Sociology.

Your age should be above 18 years.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.A in sociology after completing Graduation in Political science. The applicants must have passed the Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university. The admission is mostly carried out on entrance exam performance. The marks needed in the Graduation is 50% of marks at Graduation level.
