Yes you can study PhD without M.Phil and UGC-NET.
In that case the only option open to you to qualify for the course of PhD is by clearing the Entrance Examination of the University from which you want to pursue the course of PhD from.
You need to clear a Personal Interview after the Entrance Examination and once you are able to do that you will be eligible for the course of PhD.
This is the process you need to follow to get admission without UGC-NET and M.Phil.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
