I have cleared 12th around 6 years ago. But due to some reasons I had to quit my study. Now, I want to continue my study, as I was a Science student, I want to do B.Tech. So, now I am eligible for B.Tech course?

Yes, you are eligible to do B.Tech course even if you have completed 12th standard around 6 years ago. Admissions in B.Tech course are offered through entrance examination (convenor quota) seats or through Management quota seats. Since, you have passed 12th standard 6 years back, I think you are not eligible to appear in entrance examination as per age criteria. So, I suggest you to buy a seat through Management quota in B.Tech course by contacting respective college management.

Most of the engineering entrance exams have an upper age limit and there is very high chance that you have crossed that limit as you have passed your class 12th six years ago.

Most of the entrance exam have an upper age limit of 22 years for general category. There is age relaxation available for reserved categories. Therefore, if you fulfill the age criteria then you might be eligible for any state level engineering entrance exam.
