I have passed my Intermediate recently with 50% of marks. Can I qualify in BITSAT and can I secure my seat if there is any possible how it can be possible?

No, you are not eligible to appear in BITSAT examination after completion of your Intermediate with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised board. Candidates who have obtained a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in Intermediate examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects are eligible to appear in BITSAT examination.

For BITSAT you must have at least 75% marks in PCM stream. With 50% marks you are not eligible for this examination.

Also, you must have 75% marks in class 12th in first attempt only. There is no place for those who have got the marks in more than one attempt.

For AP board , does BITS consider only 2nd year marks or both 1st and 2nd year marks?

Eligibility criteria:

Applicants applying must have passed class 12 or any other equivalent examination.Students applying for BITSAT 2020 must have passed class 12 not earlier than 2019 which means they must have passed class 12 in 2019 or appearing in 2020.

Students must have obtained an aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in class 12 along with 60% each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics.
