Which all bank entrance exams I can write? Syllabus, exam patter, when and how to apply?

I have completed my graduation in the year 2015. I am not doing any jobs now. Am I eligible for bank exams now? If yes, which bank entrance exams can I appear for? What are there syllabus and test pattern? When and how to apply for it?

There are three exams which you can write for having your career in banking sector with the government.

1) IBPS : Indian Banking and Personnel Selection is a body which conducts exam for the posts of Clerical, Probationary Officers and Specalist Officers.

There are 3 stages in IBPS :

- Preliminary

- Mains

- Interview

Syllabus : General Intelligence and Reasoning, Mathematics, General Awareness, Computer and English Language. There is a descriptive paper too which will asses your writing skills. It will be in online mode.

2) RBI : Reserve Bank of India conducts examination for the post of Assistant and Group B Officer. Exam pattern and syallabus is same as mentioned above in IBPS.

3) SBI : It also conducts examinations separately for the post of Probationary Officers, Specalist Officers and Clerks. Exam pattern and syallabus is same as mentioned above in IBPS.

You have to apply separately for each examination on their respective websites. Generally they release the calendar of the examination to be conducted by them each year. You have to apply the form online.
