In order to get admission in Diploma in Automobile Engineering in Dr. Sudhir Chandra Sur Degree Engineering College, Kolkata, candidates have to appear in and qualify the JEXPO entrance exam. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of rank obtained in JEXPO followed by counselling. Candidates who have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination with minimum 35% aggregate and having 90 or above in Mathematics and Physical Science/Science taken together from a recognized board are exempted from JEXPO entrance exam. They are eligible for direct admission.
