Yes, once you graduate from BSc, you could appear for NEET. The 25 years old age limit which was previously imposed has been removed.
DisnAlso it means you have already passed 12th so yes you can apply.

You should have minimum 50% in class 12 to apply for the exam as a general category.

B.Sc 3rd year student are eligible for NEET 2021 exam.

Those candidates who have completed B.Sc degree with bio subject from recognized University are eligible for NEET 2021 exam.

You can apply in code no 07.

The eligibility to appear for NEET is that candidate must have passed or appearing for 12th with PCB as main paper and scored minimum 50% aggregate.

There is no upper age limit to apply for the entrance examination. So, you are eligible to apply for the entrance examination.

The eligibility criteria for the entrance exam is
Candidate must have studied science in their 11th and 12th standard with physics ,chemistry and Biology as their main subjects
Candidate must also have scored 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry and Biology in their 12th standard board exams for the general category and there is some relaxation for the physically handicapped and reserved category students

The minimum educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English subjects with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.

If your BSc degree has any 2 subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology then your qualification code is 05 and if do not have these subjects then your qualification will remain 10+2 so your qualification code is 02.
