Yes off course you can join B.com course even after pursuing Diploma after competing your higher secondary.
There is no such college in India which can deny you admission on this basis that you have done diploma after higher secondary instead of opting straight for graduation.
The only condition required to be satisfied by you to secure a seat in any college is that you must satisfy the percentage required to get admission in that particular course of the college.
