If you want to do distance you can go for
AMIE (Associate Member for Institute of engineers) which is AICTE recognised no doubt you have more valve that regular B.E. candidate if you are a AMIE.
AMIE is a processional body helps for working professionals to complete there Batchelor degree or even Masters degree. Every district have Institute of Engineers-India (IE-I) centers .you can visit there and get additional information.

and fees for this is will very minimal compared to regular course
