I completed my Msc (analytical chemistry) in 2010 .I wish todo Mphil but i don't know how to do Mphil .please give the information about this

It is really good that you want to do M.Phil after M.Sc. There are many colleges in India offering M.Phil courses. Some of the institutes have entrance for admission for M.Phil course. You need to obtain a minimum of 55% in M.Sc to obtain admission for M. Phil course. Different colleges have different eligibility criteria. I have completed my M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry in First Class(64%). Currently I am working as a lecturer in Chemistry.
Please suggest me the Research topics in Analytical Chemistry so that I complete my M.Phil. Or Ph.D.
