Can I get admitted in IEM in CSE by Management Quota without having any rank in WBJEE and AIEEE?


If I don't have any rank in WBJEE/AIEEE, can I get myself admitted in IEM in CSE by management quota??

for persuing m.tech in iem what marks in b.tech and rank in gate is required?
