general mba or pharma mba is better for good salary...please tell me the better one

The difference between General MBA & Pharma MBA .......
The general MBA are for Business purpose.....
you can do in Finance, HR, Marketing. etc.........
But in Pharma MBA you will go in health line

Getting a good salary depends upon the talent, knowledge and skills you have but not on the kind of MBA course you are going to pursue between Pharma MBA and General MBA.

Each and every specialization of MBA course is having its own career prospects and job opportunities for the candidates.

If you are stong enough in subjct knowledge ande having good communication skills, obviously you will be easily selected for job opportunities which are in best need of your profile.

If the comapany which you have selected is a reputed one the job designation which you are going to join is middle level or top level, obviously you are going to get high salary.

In every organizations, there will be audits and appraisals in order to evaluate the performance of employees. Depending upon the performanc they shown, they are going to get salary hikes, extra amount of bonus and promotions too.

So, I suggest you to choose the specialization which you are interested under MBA course. Better to opt for Pharma Management if you are a candidate of life sciences background.

Otherwise, it will take time for you to understnad the terminology of the subjects and to gain some knowledge.

So, try to be good in the areas which I have focussed. Only those parameters are going to decide the salary.

MBA and Pharma MBA both are good but there is difference is that
what is the interest of candidates.

MBA is after graduation but Pharma MBA is also after graduation

Difference between General MBA and Pharma MBA

Hi shahrohit,

Here you haven't mention your stream or field.

Anyway , I am giving you brief introduction of both.

General MBA:-

-It's a management course applicable for all sectors.

-You can pursue MBA in Finanace , HR, Marketing etc.

-You can also start your own firm.

Pharma MBA:-

-It is nothing but a managerial degree in pharma field.

-Here you will study complete details regarding management in pharmaceutical industry.

-It's not generalized , you have to work in pharmaceutical industry after this course.

My view:-

See, If you are coming from pharmaceutical background, then definitely you should go for Pharma MBA , then there will be two advantages for you:-

• You don't need to change your field
• you can earn handsome salary in your field

But, if you are not from this background then I will suggest you to go for General MBA.

See my friend both are good for building a carrier. Both general M.B.A. and pharma M.B.A. are completely different things. See after completing pharma M.B.A. you can easily get a job in pharmaceutical organization. There not only pharma MBA holders but also other short term medical course students will also get chance. But in general MBA like finance, marketing, sells etc. , there also a lot of students in general MBA. But not so much as compared to pharma MBA candidates.

Another thing is that in general MBA , there must be all the candidates will be MBA persuing students or MBA completed candidates.

In my opinion it will be better to go for general MBA if you want to shine in your life compared to pharma MBA.

two type mba is good, but i want to suggest you that ganeral mba is much
better than pharma mba, if you do general mba after completion your b. pharmacy, then you can get chance both in pharma field, and also in general line
i mean bank,other companies etc.
but in case of pharma mba, this opportunity is limited.
