Can I apply for Indian Navy Technical Entry having completed B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 68.8% and with a date of birth of 05-12-1998 but having backlog history? What is the difference between backlog and backlog history?


i have passed my b.tech in mechanical engineering with 68.8% in 2011,and my d.o.b is 05/12/1988.actually i have backlog history .can i apply for indian navy tacnical entry.and tell me in detail what is backlog and backlog history i have confusion please solve my problem .

can a student of mechanical engineering of d.o.b. 12 september 1990 can apply for navy?
